The standard we hold

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where we fall short of it, we treat that as a defect with an owner, not as a known limitation.

What is built in

• Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator that is never removed.
• A skip link is the first focusable element on every page, so a keyboard or screen reader user can bypass the navigation.
• Text meets or exceeds the required contrast ratio in both light and dark appearance. The palette is monochrome, which makes contrast a structural property rather than a per component decision.
• Status is never communicated by colour alone. Every state is paired with an icon and a text label.
• Form fields have persistent visible labels, not placeholder text standing in for a label. Errors are announced, described in words, and linked to the field they belong to.
• Motion is subtle by default and removed entirely when your system requests reduced motion. Nothing important is conveyed only through animation.
• Headings follow a correct hierarchy, landmarks are used for navigation, main and footer regions, and images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
• Text can be resized and the layout reflows to a single column without loss of content or function.
• The job application works without JavaScript. If scripting is unavailable the form submits normally and you are taken to a confirmation page.

Known limitations

The blurred material used on floating navigation and some panels relies on a modern browser capability. Where it is unsupported the affected surface falls back to a solid background that meets the same contrast requirement, so nothing becomes unreadable.
