What you will do
- Own product problems end to end: research, flows, interaction and visual design.
- Design on the shared design system, and extend it when a product needs something new.
- Prototype early and test with real customers before anything is built.
- Work side by side with engineers and product managers through delivery and after launch.
- Use data from the platform to measure whether a design actually worked.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years designing digital products that shipped.
- A portfolio that shows your process, not only finished screens.
- Fluency in Figma and in building with a design system.
- Comfort presenting and defending decisions with evidence.
- A strong eye for detail, and the discipline to keep things simple.
